Shipping

There are no available shipping services to Belarus and Russia. Delivery to most of Ukraine is available only by Fedex International Priority.

Postal services to USA are temporarily suspended.

Shipping rules:

Free economy shipping for all orders over to 90 EUR;
Free express shipping for 4+ items worth 200+ EUR;
Flat rate economy shipping for orders from 50 EUR to 89.99 EUR - or discount for premium shipping services;

Update July 2025: we offer promotional free shipping for orders over 50 EUR to the following countries:

Austria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia

Orders under 50 EUR are billed the actual shipping cost for each available service.

All items are shipped within 1 working day from Sofia, Bulgaria. There will be no import duties within EU.

For countries outside European Union we dispatch with postal service, DHL or. Invoice will be attached. Customs clearance is buyer's responsibility. If buyer does not pay import fees, and the shipment is returned, we will refund the initial payment without our shipping expenses for both directions.

Shipping cost depend on total weight of the package, chosen delivery method, and destination country. The exact values and delivery times are shown during checkout after selecting destination country from the drop-down menu on the left (Shipping Address). Delivery times are not guaranteed and indicative to most mainland towns. Delivery to distinct areas and islands takes up to 2 days more. We reserve the right to upgrade the selected shipping service on our expense.

Currently we offer the following shipping methods:

Small packet - Registered priority mail or Interconnect - prices start from €4. Usually delivery within Europe takes 3-10 workdays. Depending on shipments' destination, weight and value we choose one of the following postal providers: Bulgarian Post, DHL Global Mail, Asendia, Post.NL

Econt Express - The fastest option for Romania and Greece. Cutoff time: 17:30 EET.

DPD Economy - reliable ground courier service all over Europe. Best price/speed ratio to Eastern Europe. Cutoff time: 15:30 EET / 14:30 CET

DHL - DHL Economy Select is a reliable ground courier service around Europe with average delivery time around 1 week. DHL Express is an air service with 1-4 workdays delivery time worldwide. Cutoff time: 15:30 EET / 14:30 CET

Eurodis - a network of well known couriers in Central and South Europe. This is the cheapest method, but slow to most countries. Recommended for Austria and Belgium.
