1. Introduction

LaptopDisplay.eu is managed by Mobility Ltd., reg. no. 202144371 - an experienced laptop repair company, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, and operating since 2012, known on local market as LaptopBG.com .

For any technical or sales questions, please use our contact page or live chat. Live chat applet is situated in bottom right corner of each page. Outside working hours chat requests will be forwarded to our email. We encourage potential customers to ask us for any technical or administrative question before ordering.


We send e-mails to customers on account registration, order submission, and item dispatch. We provide tracking number for each postage by e-mail.

We may contact customers by email, SMS or phone call for details regarding placed orders.


2. Products

We test all items before dispatch. All of the products are described in details, namely their availability, condition, technical specifications, etc. Please, read carefully the product description before ordering!

Used items are graded as follows:

Grade A - like new, minor usage signs;
Grade B - normal wear, acceptable scratches or marks;
Grade C - poor condition, e.g. deep scratch(es), missing pieces, etc.

To avoid incompatibility, please provide laptop's model or other technical requirements in "ADD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER" section in checkout.

If we have no stock of the exact ordered model, we will send a compatible replacement with similar or better specifications.


3. Payment and orders

Depending on visitor's IP address, prices will be shown:

- Without VAT for countries outside European Union;

- With VAT for countries within European Union.

EU VAT Registered Company profiles will be shown net prices (with VAT = 0%) when logged in. Valid international VAT number must be provided on checkout by VAT registered companies. We must be able to verify it on the following address:

You can make a one time order without registration - "Order as a guest". If you are a professional and intend to order in the future, it is strongly recommended to create an account.In this way we will be able to track your activity and provide discounts to frequent buyers.

We dispatch orders after payment is confirmed. We do not offer credit line or delayed payments.

4. Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Sofia, Bulgaria.

Depending on visitor's IP address, the cheapest shipping cost to detected country is shown on each product page.

Buyer pays for postage of any ordered item. There are different shipping options for each destination country. Buyer chooses among available options during checkout. We dispatch within 1 workday, depending on chosen carrier's cutoff time.

All consignments are insured. If there is visible damage on the box, buyer must not sign/accept the postage before inspecting the contents for damage or partial loss.

Maximum delivery time for postal services is 30 workdays.

In case of loss of entire shipment in transit, claims can be raised 30 workdays after dispatch, but no more than 6 months. The investigation period is 60 workdays.


For countries outside European Union customs clearance is buyer's responsibility. If buyer does not pay import fees, and the shipment is returned, we will refund the initial payment excluding our shipping expenses for both directions.

5. Warranty and returns

We provide 6 months warranty for new items, and 1 month warranty for used items, unless otherwise stated in item description. In case of a event, buyer must present the documents provided with the item: original warranty card, invoice and/or cash receipt. We may request pictures to prove the defect. We cover the return and replacement expenses in case of defect. If replacement is not possible, we issue refund. We cannot refund customs and other import fees.

Return of any product within 14 days from delivery is possible if there is no damage/signs of use to the item and it is in its original condition and packaging. Original document must be provided (warranty card, invoice, cash receipt). We do not have a restocking fee, but we will refund the cost of the item excluding actual shipping cost that we have paid in both directions (valid for items with free shipping too).

Incompatible or ordered by mistake parts can be returned and will be partially refunded, excluding our actual shipping cost in both directions if buyer had not contacted us for advise before ordering.
