We test all items before dispatch. All of the products are described in details, namely their availability, condition, technical specifications, etc. Please, read carefully the product description before ordering!

Used items are graded as follows:

Grade A - like new, minor usage signs;
Grade B - normal wear, acceptable scratches or marks;
Grade C - poor condition, e.g. deep scratch(es), missing pieces, etc.

You can make a one time order without registration - "Order as a guest". If you are a professional and intend to order in the future, it is strongly recommended to create an account.In this way we will be able to track your activity and provide discounts to frequent buyers.

Buyer pays for postage of any ordered item. There are different shipping options for each destination country. Buyer chooses among available options during checkout. We dispatch within 1 workday, depending on chosen carrier' cutoff time.

All consignments are fully insured. If there is visible damage on the box, buyer must not sign/accept the postage before inspecting the contents for damage or partial loss. In case of loss of entire shipment in transit, claims can be raised 30 workdays after dispatch.

We provide 6 months warranty for new items, and 1 month warranty for used items, unless otherwise stated in item description. In case of warranty event, buyer must present the documents provided with the item: original warranty card, invoice and/or cash receipt. We cover the return and replacement expenses in case of defect.

Return of any product within 14 days from delivery is possible if there is no damage/signs of use to the item and it is in its original condition and packaging. Original document must be provided (warranty card, invoice, cash receipt). We do not have a restocking fee, but we will refund the cost of the item excluding actual shipping cost that we have paid in both directions.

Incompatible or ordered by mistake parts can be returned and will be partially refunded, excluding our actual shipping cost in both directions if buyer had not contacted us for advise before ordering.

To request return or report a defective item, please submit this form.

For countries outside European Union customs clearance is buyer's responsibility. If buyer does not pay import fees, and the shipment is returned, we will refund the initial payment without our shipping expenses for both directions.

All prices are final with 20% VAT included. If you need an invoice, please provide details in "ADD COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER" section in checkout. VAT Registered Company profiles will see net prices (without VAT) when logged in.

We send e-mails to customers on account registration, order submission, and item dispatch. We provide tracking number for each postage by e-mail.
