Installation and repair by us

Available to European Union countries

We can arrange courier pickup, install the purchased parts and return your laptop ready to use. The installation of screens is free of charge, you just need to pay for the transport expenses. Ask us for installation cost of other parts.

How it works

Select "Collect, Repair, Return service" on Checkout. Pack your laptop securely. We will contact you by email for details regarding your laptop and packaging description. We will ask for a convenient timeframe for courier pickup, and we will provide a transport label. You must print this label and attach it to the packed laptop. A courier will collect the laptop and transport it to our repair center. We will install the purchased part(s) and contact you if we find other issues or problems with the laptop. You may ask us for advice regarding upgrade, maintenance or other services.

We will send the repaired laptop back within 1 day if no additional activities are needed or requested by you.

How long does it take

The standard service includes ground courier transport in both directions by DHL Economy Select, Fedex Economy, DPD or Eurodis. The usual overall direction is:

Greece, Romania: up to 1 week;

Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia: 1-2 weeks;

Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands: 1.5-2.5 weeks;

Rest of European Union: 2-3 weeks

How much does transport & screen installation cost?

The price varies from country to country and it is up to €45. If you need express service, contact us for quotation first.

Cooling system maintenance: up to €21

Installation or repair of mechanical parts or screen cables: up to €30

Hard drive to SSD migration, including cloning of information: €18 + the price of SSD
